This page will give you a glimpse into the studio and see some of my works in progress.
Well, I know it has been a while since my last update. But, here is another restoration I just picked up from my friends at Bygone Era Antiques here in Belton. I don't know much about it yet, but here is the "before" picture. The glass is in much better shape than the last one, but it will be a complete releading job for sure. And, oh, at the bottom of this page is a picture of how the last restoration turned out. It is currently hanging in the owner's home in North Carolina.
Lots of buckling on this one...
And...below is the previous restoration. The request to leave in the "quirkiness" made it a real booger to work with. BUT, I had a great time with it and the owners are very pleased!
