The box is made with a heavily textured clear glass with a random wavy pinwheel look. The edges are detailed with decorative soldering. The base is antique mirror glass and covered with felt on the underside to protect your furniture.
The lid has the same clear textured glass as the box along with rose English Muffle and clear wispy glass with decorative soldering. The lid handle is a teardrop shaped piece of clear raindrop textured glass. The wire work is functional as well as decorative and acts as the lid stop. No chains to get in the way. Sturdy hinge construction adds durability.
